• Fábulas Dançadas:

In 2018, João was part in the creation “Fábulas Dançadas” from  MUDA’TE Companhia de Artes Performativas da Jobra premiered in the Centro de Artes de Águeda (Portugal).

From the famous and timeless Fables of Jean de La Fontaine, this intergenerational journey brings together the defects and qualities of human beings through the metaphorical relationship between animals found in the path of the “Old Man, the Boy and the Donkey”.

A different way of transmitting this literary heritage and telling them to the public in a less obvious way, transporting these texts to the world of dance.
